Your Role
As an Associate System Engineer, you’ll contribute across the software development lifecycle—designing, coding, testing, and supporting applications that enhance clients’ hybrid cloud and AI journeys. Work with advanced tools and technologies to build high-performing, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Analyze and troubleshoot existing systems, proposing improvements with guidance from architects and technical leads
✔ Engage across all development phases—design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
✔ Lead discussions with stakeholders and craft innovative coding solutions tailored to client needs
✔ Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high availability and responsiveness
What You’ll Bring (Required Skills & Qualifications)
✅ Strong grasp of programming concepts with knowledge in Java, C++, Python, or Node.js
✅ Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes
✅ Final-year student graduating in 2026 with a BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT (any specialization including AI, ML, Big Data, Cyber Security, Cloud, Robotics, Blockchain, etc.)
✅ Minimum 6 CGPA or 60%
✅ Fluent communication skills (written and spoken)
✅ No active academic backlogs
Preferred Skills
✨ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
✨ Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
✨ Flexibility to work from any IBM location across India
