🛠 4. Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy/IT:
  Support design, engineering, testing, production, and maintenance functions at BEML facilities.
• Finance:
  Assist in accounting, auditing, budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Rajbhasha:
• Implement Govt. directives on Official Language (Hindi).
• Translate documents (Hindi ↔ English).
• Prepare bilingual official communication.
• Compile statutory reports for Ministries.
• Organize Hindi training/seminars.
• Coordinate printing of Annual Reports in Hindi.
• All Roles:
  Ensure quality standards, compliance with company policies, and effective teamwork across BEML units.

🎓 5. Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwD).

• JE-01 (Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical.
• JE-02 (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical (Electronics also eligible).
• JE-03 (Metallurgy): B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy.
• JE-04 (IT): B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT OR MCA (First Class).
• JE-05 (Finance): CA-Inter / CMA-Inter OR MBA (Finance).
• JE-06 (Rajbhasha): M.A. Hindi (with English at graduation) OR M.A. English (with Hindi at graduation).
• Mandatory: Hindi typing + computer proficiency.

Experience: Freshers OR 1–2 years of relevant experience.

💰 7. Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Pay:
• 1st Year – ₹35,000
• 2nd Year – ₹37,500
• 3rd Year – ₹40,000
• 4th Year – ₹43,000
• Additional Lump Sum: ₹11,000 annually (uniform, conveyance, medical insurance, term plan).

• Fixed Term Contract – 4 years
• Initial 1 year + extension up to 3 years (performance-based).

📝 10. Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Test (2 hours):
• JE-01 to JE-05: Domain + Reasoning + English
• JE-06: Rajbhasha knowledge + Reasoning + Translation + Vocabulary + Hindi Typing Test (10 mins)
2. Merit List: Based on test performance.
3. Qualifying Marks:
• 60% (General/EWS/OBC)
• 55% (SC/ST/PwD)
