🔹 2. Job Purpose

Provide technical expertise in:

• Production & industrial operations
• Repair & maintenance of electronic systems
• Marketing & technical sales support

Mainly supports projects related to EVMs and VVPATs.

🔹 3. Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Execute & oversee production & industrial operations
• ✅ Carry out repair, maintenance & troubleshooting
• ✅ Support marketing & sales activities
• ✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards
• ✅ Prepare reports using MS Office
• ✅ Collaborate within teams to meet deadlines
• ✅ Official travel as per project needs

🔹 4. Eligibility Criteria

A. Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech with 60% aggregate marks
• Disciplines: ECE, ETC, E&I, Electronics, EEE, Electrical, CSE, IT, Mechanical

B. Experience:

• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience (Apprenticeship counts)
• Relevant fields: Production, Repair & Maintenance, Marketing, EVM & VVPAT Operations

C. Age Limit (as on 31-08-2025):

• UR: 30 years | OBC(NCL): +3 | SC/ST: +5 | PwBD: +10 | Ex-Servicemen & J&K Domicile: As per rules

🔹 5. Contract & Salary

📄 Tenure: 9 months (extendable up to 4 years)

💰 Monthly Consolidated Pay:

• 1st Year – ₹25,000/-
• 2nd Year – ₹28,000/-
• 3rd & 4th Year – ₹31,000/-

✨ Additional Benefits: Medical reimbursement, PF, TA/DA, Paid leave

🔹 6. Selection Process

• 📝 Stage 1 – Shortlisting: BE/B.Tech % (1:4 ratio)
• 📑 Stage 2 – Document Verification at Hyderabad
• 🎯 Stage 3 – Final Merit (100 Marks): Qualification 20%, Experience 30%, Interview 50%
