About the Role
The Accounting Integrations team automates financial data flow between Rippling’s core products and external ERPs such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Xero. As a Software Engineer I, you’ll contribute to scalable systems, financial data syncs, and enterprise-grade integrations.
What You Will Do
- Build robust and scalable accounting integration features.
- Develop and maintain automated financial data flows with ERPs.
- Analyze and debug performance and reliability issues.
- Collaborate across teams and participate in product design discussions.
- Contribute to code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
- Receive mentorship and grow through workshops and on-the-job learning.
What You Will Need
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS.
- Knowledge of front-end performance optimization.
- Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, software design.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to new technologies.
- Bonus: Backend (Python, Mongo), SaaS product experience, open-source contributions.
